You will get to meet new people every day

Each Express is franchised, unless working for a corporate office in Oklahoma City. The franchise owner I worked for payed me half the salary that others in the same role were receiving because of my age, even though I had one of the best numbers in the office. We were frequently screamed at, called names, and put down. I would advise to interview your hiring manager equally as they are interviewing you.
