Pros

They were professional whenever I call their office every week to see if they had any assignments available. The last assignment I did for them was working for a call center of the Philadelphia Housing Authority.

Cons

I was lied upon when the Pennsylvania Unemployment Department said that I choose to quit working for this agency. As a result to that lie I was unable to collect unemployment compensation after I ended an assignment in July 2015. I refuse to accept any future assignments from this agency after what they put me through for the past three months.

Pros

Having been working with Express for over a year, their are No pros that I would point out. Very unprofessional

Cons

I am currently working for Express at 229 W Crogan St Lawrenceville GA and I have been for over a year. I am finally being recognized for my hard work at the company I work at and they are in the process of hiring me. I was very pleased to hear about that but Express was not very pleased at all. I was given five days of vacation after a year of working for Express and Tim's (the owner)policy about the use of vacation days changed TWICE and quickly. I believed he was unhappy about the company's decision on hiring me and wanted to keep those vacation days that I deserved to himself and untouched by me. His policy changed from one day a week to two days a month. This is unfair and absurd. Those are my vacation days and I did not understand why I cannot take it a certain time and amount I wanted. Tim was rude and with a bad attitude hung up the phone on me. Keep this in reminder there was no bad phone service by me and not at all at Express. Tim was unprofessional, even as the OWNER. Tim lacked consideration and professionalism. I hope in the future he recalls on this situation and learns that he cannot treat his employees like this. As an employee for over a year, I would assume the owner would have a little respect for me but apparently not. If there is anyone in need of a job please do not turn to Express Professionals. Try Spectrum, they are considerate and extremely Professional. They will take their time to answer questions if you do not fully understand.

Be careful in Nashville

Pros

At the branch where I worked, few. Free coffee and water

Cons

The President is the biggest micromanager I've ever known. He will hug you and stab you in the back at the same time. There are a few locations in Nashville, be careful which one you choose. Classic bait and switch when it came to salary, job description, job location, everything. Hiding behind the bible and a cheesy smile is not a sound, long-term business strategy. Reputation is everything!
