Pros

All the low-skill or no-skill work you can stand. Lots of variety. I have directed traffic, assembled furniture and packed finished goods for a manufacturing plant.

Cons

Not enough options for transition to permanent in the low skill and entry level categories. When these employers go for temps they really mean "temporary". I've worked with a few labourers from express who don't feel like they need to prove they want the work, so employers' expectations tend to be low and they don't think highly of temps. It's hard for some of us folks to do "crew".

Pros

This is a company that pays a minimum wage of $9.00hr. After working for a year you can buy insurance with them.

Cons

If you are unhappy with a job assignment, you have to quit that assignment before they will look for another assignment for you. Very expensive insurance.
