Pros

When Bob Funk takes care of his corporate employees, he REALLY, REALLY takes care of them. The company gym is the cleanest gym I've ever seen. You will learn a lot from very talented people who take the word "professional" seriously. Very impressive health/vision/dental insurance.

Cons

Men are forced to shave and wear matching suits, and women must wear hose and skirts to impress prospective franchisees who never see you until they sign. You will be treated like family if you act like the clean, conservative, Christian, Donna Reed-style boy/girl scout. Pay is well below state average salary for the same positions. The advisory council act like scared old people who only care about numbers. Leadership is behind the times and use outdated leadership models because they are all from the Traditionalist generation.

Employment Offered Differs From Actual Job

Pros

The staff is kind, courteous and is understanding in regards to your particular situation and the woman at the front desk is very nice and cheerful. The office is very clean and presentable and seems to be run very well. Benefits are offered from day 1 you begin working.

Cons

The jobs they offer you may be vastly different from what you will actually end up doing. I was offered a job promising it was going to be one thing, and it ended up being something completely different. A couple of internet searches saved me some massive headaches and I deciding not to continue working on the assignment that was offered to me at the wage that was being offered. There was quite a bit of information that was offered up after the offer had been accepted and had I known any of this prior to taking the assignment, I would not have. There was just too much of a discrepancy.
