The Owners are awful people at the McNaughton and E. Main location. Kelly Carpenter, Owner is a retired Parole Officer and believes everyone is inferior compared to her. They are highly unorganized, bullies, lack empathy, sociopaths, do not care for their employees, withhold employees pay and do not work to make it right. They literally

There were none. I had to take a $2.25 loss an hour to work for this place, they put me in a job that I was told if I worked hard I could succeed at and after 7 months of busting my butt they told me my misdemeanors disqualified me to work for the company they had me working for for the last 7 months. Neither Asante nor Express has offered me anything more than an apology, and an apology doesn't put food in my three kids stomachs and doesn't give me a salary that I worked for and that I earned through seven months of slave labor.

Too many to count. This place does not care about the people that it employs.

They allowed me to express my creative side when it came to fliers and events.

Cons

There are a lot of office politics. When you get only women together, there are bound to be some problems, and they all wanted to be friends. If you didn't, you were out because "it wasn't a great fit". We got verbal warnings all the time for not meeting dress code with slightly chipped nails or no makeup on.
