Great company very family oriented helping so many people and impacting lives and business in a positive way.

Cons

Cold calling isn't great. The number of call you are supposed to make a day into of the chaos during The day is almost impossible.

The job was actually enjoyable to me. Unfortunately for the pay and way this particular franchise was managed, it didn't matter.

Cons

Horrible pay especially compared to what was expected and what other staffing agencies pay. Commission structure is a joke. Even though they "give" you PTO, good luck trying to use it. Growth is non-existent since it's a family owned and run company. Almost impossible to interview for another position once you're in (thank goodness I took the risk to leave without another offer lined up because I got another job with a reputable company making $20k more/year salary!)
