Pros

Express is very fast paced. They also have decent hours and you are rarely overworked. The people seemed to be very nice as well.

Cons

Express has a super high turnover. I saw 5 people leave within a 6 month span and the management did not seem to care much. You deal with a lot of low level positions, so prepare yourself for dealing with a lot of problems on a day to day basis.

Skills testing took only part of a day, I was scheduled for interviews very quickly, was placed in temp to hire situation quickly

Cons

Salary at permanent hire company different than what employment agency said. I was started lower than the "low end" agency told me.

I used to like working for the company until they did not pay me for one of the jobs i did for them its been a month and still no pay I've. Talk to them about it and i just keep getting the run around

Cons

They pay very low and if you miss one day due to anything they fire you and will not find ypu any other job.
