Pros

Very organized and easy to work for various corporations. I was able to "test-drive" a position with an organization to determine if it was the right choice for both parties.

Cons

The first contact with them was very impersonal and cold. Had I not already secured my position, I may not have continued their intake process.

Pros

Express corporate provides phenomenal support to the individually owned franchises. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Provide continuing training and easy to apply shortcuts which have been a life saver!

Cons

Not much advancement opportunity. Unless you're looking to become a franchise owner, there's not much you can do to move up within the company. The owner of the office isn't willing to contribute, either financially or time.

Small office--4 people. Caring staff. Would recommend working with them even as I did, which was on a temp basis.

Cons

Open cubicles--no walls between desks. Bathrooms not inside the office; must use a key and walk outside to get to bathroom.
