Pros
I worked for this company in the summers in between school and it set me up with a variety of jobs at the time that has provided me a wide background of skill that I can apply. -The pay is consistent to good. Often times you will be paid more than some of the positions you are replacing -The company looks out for it's workers. They make it abundantly clear if you are put in a dangerous situation that you should decline and report it immediately to employment supervisor
Cons
-Temporary work. Sometimes it is difficult to find pleasant jobs and you never know when you're going to be called into work
