      Decent introduction to recruiting, but move on after you get experience here

      Pros

      Fulfilling to help associates find jobs and support clients Gives you a ton of HR and recruiting experience, as well as exposure to a lot of different jobs and companies in the area

      Cons

      Heavy sales-oriented position, focus on metrics (number of sales calls, etc.) above actual results Many of the jobs you recruit for don't pay well and aren't super desirable The associates/applicants can be very frustrating to deal with at times. A lot of unprofessionalism and disrespect, as well as associates no call no showing to assignments.

      Barely any, depending on the company that you are working for, they can be a little more flexible about days off and being late at work

      Cons

      No good benefits Health insurance sucks Takes more than a year to get 5 days of vacation Doesn’t guarantee that you are going to get hired by the company that you are working for
