Pros
They may set you up with something. In my experience it was always shadier and less reputable work than it sounded like at first.
Cons
They put you on the lowest peg possible. They intend to keep you there. Favoritism, minimal efforts, low wages, dehumanizing, demoralizing, pretentious attitudes. Their paychecks also include insulting snippets that make you feel like a peon. Overall corporate smugness. They will not give you any options at all, they will not listen to your feedback. Does not look good on a resume. Most employers do not respect temporary experience. Your life will most likely be worse for having worked with them.
