To many cheifs not enough Indians. They preach a teamwork environment until it comes down to acting on it. The pay rate isn't equivalent to the workload

The owner cares about nothing except how much money he can put in his pocket. He was constantly talking negatively about client partners as well as job seekers applying to work with us, He is narcissistic and lacks empathy. When team members had family emergencies or personal health emergencies, all he cared about was how soon you will be back. You could be on deaths doorstep and all he cares about is the numbers. YES, businesses run on metrics and data but when you have a 200% turnover rate (12+ employees leaving in under a year and a half with an office of 5 people) then you should clearly take a long look in the mirror. Everyone was constantly having their commissions played with. I'm sorry but if I'm making $7,000 in commission but the owner is making 55k based on ALL the work I did and he had no part in, something is clearly screwed up.
