      Love that they are locally owned. The owners in Charlotte are SO nice, they go out of their way to make sure you feel like family. Couldn't get any better

      Clean work environment, friendly co-workers. learned a lot thru training benefits are OK. Convenient parking and adequate days off

      Cons

      Pay is not enough and Management sucks they don't take the time out to listen to you see what the problems are and try and fix them Always trying to cut your pay and hours when she is not making money
