Employment in bad economy. Learning opportunity of sorts. Chance to confirm this business is a pyramid scheme that feeds current employees' greed through exploiting new hires.

Cons

Total lack of integrity. Misrepresentation of company culture/climate, earning potential and opportunity for advancement. Encourage bullying behaviors in the workplace by rewarding those behaviors. Utilize "trial period" quoted as anywhere from six weeks to one year to garner fresh ideas and new accounts with no benefits and no commission paid.

The staffing consultants are friendly, easy to work with, understanding and always welcome you back with no questions asked. Another pro is getting paid every week.

Cons

No benefits until after your first assignment is complete, sometimes the assignments aren't worth the money to take.
