      Pros

      Contacted me and set up an interview with the Company for the next day. The recruiter was vary nice but seemed to be rushing through the process.

      Cons

      Notified me of immediate contract termination by e-mail only, after 5pm on a Friday. Due to my weekend schedule I did not read the e-mail until Sunday afternoon. She called late Sunday evening to make sure I did not report to the job Monday morning. I contacted her on Monday regarding another assignment and haven't heard from her in 2 weeks.

      Need to work with other companies a little better. Supervisors from both sides need to organize together for example with employee records.

      Pros

      Express is a good company to work for because they really do try and strive to put people to work. Express is always looking to expand and do the next best thing.

      Cons

      Each Express location is owned by Franchisees. That means that each location is different in how they do business and the processes. The one that I worked for did not allow for much creativity and the owner did not like to actually do work. He was a terrible boss and was more interested in his personal life than being at work and helping the team out.
