You are never bored because your always juggling multiple tasks at once

Cons

Workload is too high. They don't hire enough people to do everything that needs to be done to cut on costs leading to a lot on your plate. Management will also pressure you to stay longer than you should to finish the assigned tasks (often very difficult to impossible to do) instead of doing the correct thing and hiring enough people to do the work
