Staff discount friendly manager and area managers. good hours easy progression.

Cons

friendly manager, really nice guy however supervisors change rotas constantly to give family members who are on a lower contract your hours, and when doing management cover in other stores or in your store, supervisors get annoyed and accuse you of ‘taking there job’ and ‘stepping on *their* toes’
