15% staff discount, life insurance 5x salary, company car, phone and laptop. Good wage 25-30k plus bonuses.

Cons

Don’t get a minutes piece from top management. Phone non stop plus e-mails galore. Set unrealistic bonus targets. Everything that goes wrong is the area managers fault. Expected to drop everything at a moments notice. Day of or not. Silly youngsters as graduate management. Aggressive management show very little respect, and that’s right from the top!

Do everything on the cheap. No cctv for staff protection or evidence. Terrible area managers who simply pinch staff for other stores with no regard that the staff will struggle to do the job and get soo stressed out for a poor wage. Not worth it at all avoid i know what I'm talking about seen it with my own eyes.
