The people i worked with were fantastic,would help out and knuckle down when they were needed to,which was often

Cons

The wage was appalling for the amount of work,you were expected to stack shelves,run the back office and be a cleaner in a days work,also the amount of food wasted was criminal often throwing away perfectly good food because it was it the last month of it's shelf life. Also no access to CCTV in the store so security was non existant

You must be prepared to work hard but good opportunity for progression if you show potential and are prepared to earn it!

Cons

All the way from retail assistant to manager you will have to put stock out and work the tills so must be prepared to get your hands dirty and get stuck in!
