Hours - having to be there for 7am, even on a Sunday Long shifts Management didn't like you being ill or having time off Worked more hours than contract with no additional holiday days Standard pay on bank holidays Sometimes stayed overtime due to delivery not being done Stock takes always ran late and it was awful if you had an early start the next morning Late night finishes at half past 8 was awful if you had a 7am start the following day
