Poor management, manager never working past 1 pm on a Saturday and if you need help - on your own. High school drama all start from manager, yet blames other staff for lack of work

The list is endless. Management who berate colleagues on the shop floor. Management who gossip and back stab each other. No communication. Unfair working conditions, working late shifts in to early shifts
