- if you’re lucky you’ll have colleagues who become your friends.

Cons

- Expect too many things to be done without hiring a sufficient amount of staff - If there is a sickness then 9/10 your short staffed & in the proverbial. - No security & theft is rife; you’re meant to be a security guard on top of the 12 other job roles they expect you to undertake even though they preach shrinkage 24/7. - Con you out of £££/wages anyway they can. -

Cons

Long hours. Expected to work more than contracted hours or penalised. Horrible staff. Management awful. Nothing you do is ever good enough always wanted you to work harder even though you’ve got no sleep and done 45 hours.
