Cons

Long hours, expected to challenge shoplifters and questioned and penalised during review times about this and shrinkage. No support from area manager and any ideas brought forward to make the company better is shunted. Dont hire security guards to keep staff and customers safe. Dont get any support in performing dissaplinaries. Audit team and regional manager only point out negatives and grind down the morel of all staff, no praise or constructive criticism given. Always told to cut staff hours and work like robots 24/7. The list is endless
