No sick leaves , you bascially have to come even if you are dying , they will try to save every penny , expected to stop theft by managers but will deny if officially need senior management to personally inform staff

Cons

55+ hrs a week, not a lot of compassion regards to next days work. its just given regardless of previous days drive unless you push back.
