*Most of the people I worked with were great* The breaks were good - 2x30 minute breaks for every 8.5 hour shift
Cons
Get rid of stock takes every month of so - Use a system that automatically tracks which items are sold so Have more people on shift so that the large amount of work can actually be completed instead of being left for the next morning Have actual consequences for useless employees who are lazy and completely inept, in my experience they just hang around making life harder for everyone Do the rota properly instead of having one that changes at the drop of a hat and is done less than a week in advance Pay more! We done had similar workloads to those at Aldi but for about 2 pounds less per hour
