Fastned allows all employees to be themselves and feel comfortable. Its the safest and most fun environment I have worked in. We are empowered to take ownership of all our own projects, while also having a wide variety of skilled colleagues to support you. We are encouraged to be entreprenurial, if you have a new idea of how to do something, we share it, trial it and if it works we implement it. We take moments to celebrate our successes both individually, in teams and as a company. Fastned is fair but fun!
Cons
We are now a rapidly growing company and hiring many people quickly, with that there are some growing pains but HR and the People Team are working very hard to ensure that nobody feels left behind or lost in the growth, and that all new joiners are onboarded correctly and have everthing they need for success from day 1.
