      It's not that bad but it's kind of bad

      Pros

      Almost impossible to get fired. There is a lot of job stability. Pay is actually not bad for area.

      Cons

      Because it is hard to get fired, talent pool is weak. People don't care as much as they should and it shows. They aren't held accountable. Plus it makes promotions hard.

      They focus on being a best place to work, which means some people who shouldn't be here still are.
