Working with fedex you are able to transfer nationwide. Annual raises, full benefits, 401k, opportunities for overtime depending on business, opportunities for advancement, paid training.
Cons
Problems aren't corrected, dangerous people aren't removed or corrected, equipment is broken majority of the time, management doesn't care to fix issues, no co-operation between shifts, advancement is who you know and years of waiting or moving to be a le to advance
