Pros
Fedex Freight can be a good place to work at the right service center. The pay seems to be on the top of the scale for entry level logistics. The core group of guys at the PHX hub have gelled well together and we can move the freight.
Cons
Management, Management, Management !!!! The Issues at the Phoenix Hub is Management. The unrealistic expectations most of the time can wear a person out. Supervisors don't communicate with each other. It seems that they want the animosity they create to validate their position.
