live insurance, short term dis, great health coverage, stable income, diverse, open, fair, global, international, company has no debt on record

Cons

take the job promotion when offered, be willing to move when asked or get blackballed, all about the needs of the company, not as familiy oriented as fxf would like the public to beleive

the pay and the equipment,and some of the people

no employee respect the theart of being fired for anything they can get you on .the health insurance is lousy ,supervisors talk to you like you know nothing ,when you our forced out of a job position by the company not by your choice your are then told to take a lesser paying job in the company and you lose all senority . such as one day your a roaddriver next your citydriver not even working 40hrs.also laying off full time empolyee,s but yet letting parttime workers still work on the loading dock.

Pros

Very provessional environment with plenty of opprotunity to futher a career in freight. The company benefits are top notch and are better than most. During strong economic times the bonus progams are fantastic.

Cons

There are more rules to follow than anyone can count. You must make sure that all your i's are doted and your t's are crossed. Be ready to hit the ground running each and every single day. There is no room for slackers.
