Very team dependent for any pros. Stable employment for the most part. Culture varies by role and team in the company too. If you're a developer or some other tech role, focus in on reviews only from those specific roles. Check the dates of reviews.

Cons

Check Blind and Levels.fyi before anything else. Underpays a lot from tech industry norms, not a real tech company/fintech, not much developer work or real developer work for tech roles, the list goes on.
