Micromanagement kills creative drive among staff

Compensation is below average for many service roles. A lot of dead end jobs once you get a couple years in. 50% office mandate, required in the office 2 specific weeks of the month. Hitting good metrics feels extremely micro managey, requiring you to do exactly what you're scheduled to be doing for 95% of the day Service is bad if you are motivated by making money. The company has made no more than 3 positive quality of life changes for reps in my 3.5 year tenure, while making countless negative ones, leading to crunching more out of employees. Progressively required to work harder and harder over time for the same pay, and the raises don't keep up with inflation.
