Work life balance, Respectful environment, No pressure, Good Perks, Surprising Gifts, Very good place to learn Ethics and culture. Free Cab Facility, Extra Perks other than CTC.

Cons

Very less Onsite Opportunities. Slow Internal job movements. Designation band very high. Takes more time to get promotions.

Pros

Company has great benefits and many opportunities to move around (lateral movement). I held many positions and learned a lot in each.

Cons

Pay is low and career advancement (upwards) is difficult. Promotions are almost impossible to get. Management does not recognize the outstanding work that their employees do. Re-orgs are very common every 6 months or so. Your manager never really gets opportunity to know you and your skills.
