Incompetent Management, Poor leaders, Weekend support, Off-hours support. Decisions never made in India. People with ambitions to grow will be left disappointed for lack of roles and growth opportunities. Management tends to make scapegoat of resources to serve their needs. Has a head count cap- Means organisation cannot grow beyond a certain number
