Not career material

Pros

Good location in the city centre near food options and shopping

Cons

The mutual fund business is not doing well and the company doesn't really invest in its people. Just heavy workloads. That's all. There are no long term careers here no matter what people tell you.

Pros

Training programs. That’s it. Advice...work here a year only. Get as many licenses as possible and get out. They do not pay for loyalty...call it PAID TRAINING.

Cons

Middle management is a joke... Low pay. Almost no advancement opportunities like they try and sell you on. It used to be prestigious to work here 20yrs ago. Now just a lowly discount broker that does not pay a living wage.

Avoid at all cost

Pros

Descent people work there, but they are not all happy. The food is good and at low cost.

Cons

Management, HR and potential all sucks. This company is all about clapping and talking nonsense. Pointless meeting and daily huddles for no reason. If you have any kind of ambition avoid the place. If you like nonsense join them.
