Pros

The company does care about their employees in the traditional sense. The pay is great, the health benefits are better than most, and they celebrate product launches and milestones regularly. Overall, it's fine if you have great interest in the markets and mutual funds. If you want to come in as an analyst or want to work on the sales team, you will be in a more supportive environment.

Cons

- If you are looking to innovate, there isn't a lot of appetite for it. People at the company don't like change. - If you're from more creative fields or fields outside of sales / product, it's very difficult to grow. - Directors and up seem very afraid of the executive team - hard to learn and do new things when everyone is always asking you to watch out for how your work might be perceived - Extremely conservative and risk averse approach to everything

Pros

They had a good water and ice dispenser.

Cons

They didn’t care about employees that didn’t play office politics for advancement.

Pros

Some good benefits, good people to work with.

Cons

Constantly monitored by stats that are glitchy at best and downright dishonest at worst. Bonuses, reviews all based on these overwhelming stats where every thing you do down to your bathroom breaks is monitored and used to stack rank you. Policies are constantly shifting, trying to move and learn and grow is often stifled. I have applied for 3 or 4 different sales positions, and I can only assume because I am a woman, have been turned down for every one of them, even though my misleading "stats" were good. These are the only ways to make a decent salary. They change your role, requirements and expectations constantly, usually to save the company money, and then spin it is something AMAZING! It's laughable. It's been a decent job overall, but the last year has been disappointment after disappointment.
