Pros

- The working environment is completely stressless. You can take as much time as you want to complete your tasks. Even near the release deadlines you won't feel that much stress like other companies. - Has a friendly culture. People's behavior is very nice.

Cons

- There is no career plan for employees. - The tasks are usually very boring. Maybe that is why it is stressless. - The main language in the working environment is Mandarin! - Very few session between team members.

Pros

Fortinet is the worldwide lead in UTM technology & market. This is the biggest reason to stay with it. Technically UTM integrates a lot technologies, which means you have a lot chances to learn

Cons

Internal communication is not so good; management is not as good as before going public; internal engineering process needs improvement.

1. most of R&D employees are Chinese, if you can't speak English well, as long as you are technical savvy, it's a good company for you in North America .

Cons

few social activities, actually no kind of company culture, HR should do more work
