Great Company, Smart and Welcoming People (FortiFamily) The Partner/distributor model is a great sales environment to work in vs a direct to consumer model in my opinion. Fortinet has a great partner engagement program. It's a great time to work for an industry leader selling the most in demand products/services right now. Always opportunity to grow in your career as the company grows. You don't have to stay in the same role for 2 or 3 plus years at Fortinet- unless you want to of course!

Cons

It's hard to say since Fortinet is so much better than my last employer. An extra percentage point on the 401k match would be nice. But then again you get some restricted stock units as a sales person so that is almost more valuable at a company like Fortinet that is in growth mode still.
