I've just completed 1 year working with Fortinet! Training and learning from my peers and my team has been excellent. Company gives it's employees a sense of belonging through their stock options (RSUs) and really helpful in managing work life balance though the flexible work timings. Company is apparently believes in "a happy employee is a productive employee", so it takes good care of it's employees through various employee benefit programs. Management and HR team is very supportive. I can say this is the best company compare to others where I've worked till now.
