If you show any weakness like work/life balance or mental struggles they will fire you. Do yourself a favor and apply to Palo Alto Networks or another tech company that cares. Fortinet will offer you a shiny package and starter pay...work you like a donkey and just when you feel you are secure they will screw you and your family/futures.
