      Fortinet as a company is good, but the folks in the CS management are the worst.

      Cons

      Worst Management The place is riddled with Tamilians, and full on partiality! when it comes to pay, work and everything else. Stay away from CS!!!!

      Unrealistic quotas, terrible job forecasting by the finance which caused stock to plummet and job losses, Managers like to micro manage sales teams to the point account managers stop adding ops to pipeline and SE doesn't have any control of what to pitch for opportunities. Pay on renewals is dismal.
