      multisport card, new meal vouchers, stock options, home office option, monthly bonuses for top performers

      Cons

      No permanent desk, office presence is mandatory 3 days a week, company events only happen at Christmas and are always in the same location.

      Management only looks for someone to blame. No planning or taking ownership. Shifting tasks on daily basis No growing or people mentoring. Very bad work life balance

      Products are solid and work.

      Cons

      Leadership is so far removed from the customer they have no idea how important sales and marketing is. OTE is high but no SPIFFS, accelerators and hard to over exceed.
