      Remote for TAM, no one gets fired for not hitting quota

      Cons

      They make quota unobtainable for most territories. Constantly cutting territories in half and keeping quota the same. Horrible leadership team (RSD and above)

      - Great Company Culture - Lots of investment into employee growth - No micromanagement - Good hours and employee expectations -developed growth track for internal promotions

      Cons

      - under market value salaries - fire hose style training -promotion cap for compensation is usually under market value - minimal benefits (no stock purchase plan, decent 401k, etc...)
