A lot of moving parts & not enough hands; therefore, if you can think outside the box and take the initiative in solving things, you can make a place for yourself which provides recognition and long-term jobs security.

Cons

Sales organizations can be draining as far as in-fighting amongst peers and different geographies within the same company. This company is definitely not for the faint of heart.

Hard to find someone to help on job if you have any issues especially when WFH due to poorly written documentation.
