      Fast-growing industry, flexible work schedule, great compensation package, challenging work.

      Cons

      Some of the floors of the building could use a refresh. Closed cubicle environment. Workplace intraweb too complicated with too many systems. Have to watch a training video to requisition office equipment.

      Pros

      Develop skills you probably were not aware you had. Keep in touch with current security technologies and designs. Lean from extremely skilled people . Competitive pay. 30 days of vacation pe year + being able to attend personal appointments during office hours. Weekends and overtimes paid very well. Stock options might give you few thousands euros per year extra.

      -Home office is difficult to get

      Pros

      Each day something new to study and to investigate. Teams are strong. So there is who to ask for consultation. We may choose what want to mainly focus (usually). Of course the technical capabilities of each team member are growing.

      Cons

      Sometimes the job is really hard and challenging. But is it generally wrong? Sometimes we are loosing experienced engineers just because they need relax. Not all people can do this job for years.
