Good policies, nice work environment & good management

Cons

Became a part of Fortinet due to acquisition from Meru Networks. The problem was with Meru Networks codebase and architecture. It just didnt scale and had too many problems. Lack of sales led to layoffs

- Good salary and benefits - Reasonable work/life balance - Nice and respectful people in the office - Cutting-edge technology and interesting projects to work - Dog-friendly :)

Cons

- Noticeable lack of diversity!! - Office areas are so dull and depressing. They could add some wall art or plants to add some color to the environment.

Patents 467 patents issued 291 patents pending by Q4 2017 - Flexible working hour and competitive compensations(RSU, ESPP, match RRSP and insurrance). - Lots of clubs for all sorts sports, hobbies like soccer, basketball, swimming, badminton, golf, toastmaster, planting, etc.

Cons

- Need more commutation and cooperation between teams and department.
