      - most roles were adapted to be remote after the pandemic, with the option of being in office if local - felt well paid for my role - good benefits

      Cons

      - good benefits, though i've heard the health insurance offered isn't usuable in many places - depending on your department, it can be hard to feel connected with the team if you're remote
