When I started at Fortinet it was the talk of the town. The pay was great, the people were awesome, it was easy to glow in front of prospective customers. Executive suite mentioned we would leverage the economic downturn to hire talent and surpass our competition in America woohoo! What it seems they really meant was: we’re making all of your jobs tougher, you’ll take 3-5 forms of paycut, and we’re hiring a jackbag to run the americas.
