      Pros

      work with very talented professionals, higher salary and perks from any var, but on the low bar for major brands. great team work culture

      Cons

      training is only self paced, they don`t pay any external training. very marginal Coaching and workload overwhelming your time. Higher management seems to involved to achieve KPIs even if those counteract between itself.

      Micromanagement Leader has grown toxic Cant speak up to anyone Call center culture and if you say anything they will put u in poor performance rating and fire you. Women leaders are the worse i have seen here. They promote only people from their own cultures Useless HR team. Unethical and supports such power hungry leaders Many times we have given hint but they are also hand in glove saving their chair. No escalation works in this company. Everyone are sad but unable to leave job because of family and financial problems
