      Pros

      Decent products. People are mostly respectful regardless of age/experience, with low/no politics. Also, access to Udemy Business for upskilling.

      Cons

      No WFH options. WLB is inconsistent, based on the release schedule. Should have better time management and expectations at the VP level, who are the "real" managers. Freshers should avoid this place. Management does not give enough time to adjust/learn anything properly. For experienced folks, no problem. Pretty great company to retire even.
